co-op
Co-Op Video Games – Most of the early games didn’t have co-op options due to the fact those technical boundaries were short. Some of the earliest co-op games were;
Double Dragon, Double Dragon 2 and 3, Streets of Rage, River City Ransom. Those were some of the fighter games, now some of the shooting games were; Contra, Gunstar Heroes, and the Metal Slug series. Some of the sports games were NHL Hockey and Madden NFL. There were online RPG games too such as the Final Fantasy franchise. There weren’t that many co-op games for the earlier consoles, but as the capabilities of the game makers expanded, the co-op world opened up to the gamer.
